Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms Deposits: -Facial Services: A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of the service. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of your service. -Waxing Services: A $10 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied to the final cost. For waxing services totaling $10, a $5 deposit will be charged and applied. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment: Payments can be made online at the time of booking or in person after the service is completed. We do not offer refunds for deposits or payments made for services. Cancellation Policy 48-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the time slot to another client. Late Cancellations (Within 1 Hour of Appointment): If you cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to notify us in advance, your deposit will be retained as a no-show fee. Late Arrival Policy: Arriving late may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. Additional Policies Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with no penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. Refund Policy: All deposits and payments for services are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the service has been rendered or if the cancellation terms are not met. Deposit Application: Deposits are applied to the service on the day of the appointment and cannot be transferred to other services or clients.
